Oh enchanting cerulean butterfly, native wings that know the lush landscape. Dancing to the sound of the wind, Where shall she roam if inclined? Oh encapsulating the essence of freedom every sway on graceful display. She perches atop a flower so bright, Nectaring and laughs until midnight. Oh what fortune this butterfly beholds. Unbekwownst to the earthly creature a bird with ever watchful eyes, swoops down on its' wings, to its demise. I wake up from a daydream state. Was this me? What was I in a past lifetime? I peer outside and ponder, life is full of wonder. -sneakysultry | |
